How It Works
Packed inside every Mirro is over 25 years of mirror heating know-how and experience, yet the science behind Mirro’s patented mirror-defogging system is simple and sensible. Mirro’s super-flat polyester heating foil adheres directly to the back of almost any mirror. Unlike some competitive products, Mirro’s direct contact with the glass ensures that the entire heated surface warms gently and evenly, without creating heat pockets. The gentle warmth is just enough so that the tiny water molecules in the air simply disappear when they land on the glass surface. No water build up - no more fogged mirrors. It’s that simple. The wiring is just as easy and straight forward: Mirro can be designed to plug into just about any power source, but most often it is wired directly into a mirror’s vanity lighting, so that it turns on and off along with the bathroom lights*.

Intelligent Heating System
Mirro employs PTF (or Polymer Thick Film) technology to provide users with an intelligent heating system. This cutting-edge technology actually senses the ambient temperature in your room, then gently heats the surface of your mirror to just above that temperature - preventing condensation, and keeping your mirror crystal clear.top ^
